- Define standards and procedures for data modeling, database design, reference data management, and integration requirements and design.
- Review data mappings and make recommendations for additional data mappings between source and target systems, as needed
- Define integrated business process models, corresponding business services, and use project data flow maps to define source/target methods for project flows
- Develop and maintain integration requirements, guidelines, and principles, as required for cloud and / or on-premise infrastructure
- Evaluate existing integration architecture and interface designs within interconnected systems to make recommendations on how to improve integration performance and reduce/mitigate dependencies between middleware and systems
- Conduct Integration Health Check assessments to determine the integration maturity level
- Deploy integration solutions to different environments inclusive of all endpoints, interfaces, and adapters to existing and new systems
- Design new system interfaces based on current and / or future design standards
- Prepare technical design and specifications for a comprehensive solution for all in-scope interfaces, finalize all interface requirements, and lead end-to-end testing of integrated systems and interfaces based on approved functional requirements
- Review and propose cybersecurity solutions for the integrated systems
- Create and organize thorough documentation of processes that include instructions of how systems are designed, developed, deployed, and tested, as well as all the transitional elements that are required to maintain and support continual system integrations (such as any hardware, software, licenses, modules, and resources needed)
- Prepare technical presentation, training material, and reports for stakeholders, developers, and project managers
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or another related field or requisite industry experience of 12+ years with technology integrations
- 8+ years of relevant post-graduate professional experience with integration platform architecture (conceptual, logical, and physical), developing interface design, data mapping, and integration deployment
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Strong ability to convey technical solutions to a diverse internal & external stakeholder community of technical and non-technical individuals
- Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to develop functional requirements that support the development of technical design and requirements
- Ability to travel to client sites and FTI office(s) as needed

- Experience in the consulting industry
- Experience in preparing technical presentations, training documents, and reports on integration processes
- Knowledge of solution delivery, integration requirements, and standards such as integration patterns, ETL, platform decision tree, messaging standards, and cybersecurity practices
- Knowledge of integration security standards, security requirements, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to develop logical and physical database designs, enterprise data warehouse, and dimensional models
- Experience with interface testing processes such as defining test cases and test plans and guidelines as well as review and report results of unit, functional, system, user acceptance, and/or performance tests
- Experience in programming and web-based application development
- Extensive knowledge of SOAP and REST API capabilities, limitations, and options
- Proficient with developing enterprise level interfaces using different design patterns
- Proficient with provisioning cloud infrastructure in AWS and/or Azure
- Proficient with SQL, Java, C#, Python, XML, and JSON
- Experience with PMIS systems (e.g., Hexagon EcoSys, Hexagon SDx, Kahua, Oracle Unifier, Oracle Aconex, Oracle Primavera P6, Procore)
- Experience with EAM systems (e.g., Infor, Oracle, IBM Maximo)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Experience integrating PMIS, EAM and ERP systems
- Experience with at least one ESB or modern IPaaS such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, SAP Data Services, etc.
