Lead Generation SpecialistJob Description :- Conduct research to identify potential leads within our target market.- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract new customers/clients.- Utilize various tools and platforms (such as LinkedIn, Salesforce, etc.) to find and engage with potential leads.- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet our company's requirements.- Communicate effectively with potential leads through email, phone calls, and other channels to generate interest in our products/services.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies.- Track and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and make recommendations for improvement.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lead generation.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation or a similar role.- Proven track record of successfully generating leads and meeting or exceeding targets.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong research and analytical skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in using various lead generation tools and platforms.- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
