• Conduct quality assurance reviews of course materials to ensure alignment with instructional design standards and best practices.
• Provide training and support to faculty and instructors on effective course delivery and instructional strategies.
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of course materials and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of developments in learning theory, pedagogy, and educational technology to inform course design decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for curriculum enhancement and development.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven track record of 5-10 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or course design within a large commercial corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design models, and educational technologies.
• Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools, multimedia software, and learning management systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and creativity.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
