- Lead and prioritize a portfolio of new and evergreen projects.
- Oversee research support staff and ensure project deliverables are met on time.
- Build strong relationships with internal clients, partners, and third-party companies.
- Serve as a research partner across all divisions, sharing expertise in methods and tools.
- Provide strategic advice to leadership from primary research.
- Proficiency in Qualitative and/or Quantitative Research Methods.
- Competency in Research Tools such as Qualtrics, Medallia, etc.
- Exceptional Presentation Skills - Storytelling and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to organize, translate, and present complex quantitative/qualitative, mixed methods research design, analysis, and reporting to senior executives.
- Demonstrated skills necessary for strategic thinking and being solution-oriented.
- Strong competency in statistical analysis and data visualization software.
- Excellent attention to detail, highly organized, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in the social sciences (e.g., anthropology, psychology, sociology) required.
- 5-7 years of experience in applied research.
- Master’s degree in social sciences preferred.
- Proven ability to manage all aspects of research projects, including outsourced activities.
- Ability to manage staff, activities, and meet deadlines for multiple ongoing projects.
- Ability to work with culturally diverse populations.
- Proficiency in data processing applications (Microsoft Office products).
- Ability to read and speak Spanish preferred, but not required.
