- Experience with data management, with a strong ability to use and understand data collected in spreadsheets and similar systems
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), database software) and web page development/content management programs/social media
- Ability to prioritize work assignments
- An appreciation for the cyclical nature of admission work, and flexibility to multitask a variety of duties, projects and programs throughout the day as well as throughout the year
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with students, staff, faculty and administrators
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently on various projects under the guidance of a supervisor
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of related work experience, to include database management, program coordination and website management experience
- Master's Degree and 2 years of related work experience to include database management, program coordination and website management experience.
- Graduate and/or graduate medical education program coordination experience
- Experience in student affairs management and record keeping at the graduate level
- Experience with Banner, Courseleaf, Ilios, ExamSoft, CommonSpot (and Drupal), Canvas, Slate
