Overview
The Senior ERP Administrator is responsible for providing oversight and support of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains financial system or D365 Finance and Operations (and third-party add-ons), Sales Pad, and all supporting applications. This includes applications such as Management Reporter, Pacejet, SmartConnect, and Postmaster.What you will need
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Accounting or Engineering, or other relevant field of study is required.
  • 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015, D365 Finance and Operations, or Sales Pad.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics GP or D365 Finance and Operations upgrade process.
  • Expert understanding of core financials, RM, PM, POP, and SOP.
  • Expert understanding of system security.
  • Advanced verbal and written English language skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, MS Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced technical and analytical skills.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills.
  • Able to define, create, and complete project deliverables with minimal guidance.
  • Able to translate technical knowledge into actionable direction.
How you will make an impact
  • Provide application support to ensure rapid solutions are provided to end-user problems.
  • Troubleshoot advanced issues in GP, Sales Pad, Management Reporter, and ISV products.
  • Perform system testing, system upgrade deployment, and end-user client training.
  • Maintain the general finance modules in Dynamics GP or D365 Finance and Operations including Receivables, Payables, Inventory, Cash Management, General Ledger, and Procurement.
  • Ensure the security of the finance systems and associated data.
  • Create procedures for support staff to follow to fix or repair daily issues.
  • Perform weekly reconciliation procedures and yearly closing procedures.
