- Recently obtained PhD or doctoral degree in chemical engineering, environmental engineering, pulp and paper technology, biorefining, forest products, or similar
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English given the essential role to communicate with the project consortium members.
- Knowledge in mass and energy balance software
- Interest in conducting deskwork (e.g., process modeling and simulation)
- Experience with conducting techno-economic analysis
- Experience with conducting LCA
- Experience in writing reports and grants
- Experience on development of sustainability indicators
- Understanding of circular economy
- Experience in strategic methodologies for framework design.
