We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with a solid background in IT services and solutions selling.About the Role: as a Business Development Manager, you will cover all stages of a successful partnership development lifecycle-from lead generation to deal closure and nurturing existing relationships. This role is perfect for a business opportunity hunter who enjoys selling, negotiating, and moving quickly to achieve results.Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and lead generation: conduct extensive research to identify prospective clients, build a strong pipeline, and generate leads through networking, professional social networks, and outbound sales activities;
  • Client engagement: establish and maintain business relations with clients via email, social networks, events, and direct outreach. Understand and address their needs and requirements to build strong customer relationships;
  • Deal negotiation and closing: reach out to key decision-makers, lead negotiations, and ensure proper customer engagement throughout the sales process to close deals;
  • Market positioning: collaborate with our marketing team to develop innovative marketing and communication strategies for better market positioning;
  • Pipeline management: build, maintain, and forecast the prospect pipeline in CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records;
  • Collaboration with technical teams: work closely with technical colleagues to align customer needs with our software development services;
  • Industry awareness: stay updated with industry news and trends to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience: proven experience in B2B sales and business development, particularly in promoting software development solutions;
  • Attitude: a hunter attitude with a drive to win new deals and discover new markets;
  • Industry expertise: strong knowledge of selling business services to SMEs and mature startups;
  • Skills: excellent time-management, attention to detail, organizational, and process-driven skills;
  • Education: bachelor’s degree in IT or related technical fields preferred;
  • Language: fluent in English and proficiency in another foreign language is a plus.
