- Build strong relationships with existing channel partners to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop sales plans and forecasts for each channel.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and activities.
- Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure effective product/service selling.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure channel performance.
- Regularly analyze KPIs and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product development, and finance to align channel strategies with overall business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Channel Manager or similar role, preferably in the [industry/sector].
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
