Build, design, and troubleshoot data protection systems/tools, seeking efficiencies through automation.
Provide level 3 support for issue resolution from ServiceNow, triaging and documenting as needed.
Design, implement, and maintain data protection strategies using Commvault backup software at an enterprise level.
Offer advanced technical support for data protection issues related to Commvault, Veeam, Zerto, and Commvault Metallic.
Deploy and manage cloud-based backup solutions using Commvault Metallic, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Administer Zerto's replication and backup software to enhance data protection infrastructure.
Collaborate with teams to integrate Commvault solutions within Google Cloud environments.
Monitor and optimize backup and replication processes to meet SLAs and compliance requirements.
What you'll need:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Certifications/Licensures: Relevant certifications (e.g. Commvault Certified Professional) are preferred but not required
