- Lead our maintenance teams to support our production teams through maintaining and repairing all production lines, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment.
- Coach, develop and inspire the team through day-to-day projects to install, repair, rebuild and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment used in production, packaging, and all other plant areas.
- Be involved with all aspects of equipment from installation to rebuilding, fitting, and aligning equipment to meet quality and efficiency standards.
- Demonstrate and share strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills on controls such as, PLC’s, VFD’s, servos, robotics, and programable devices.
- Proven ability to operate safely by following all food and safety guidelines.
- Utilizing knowledge from your 8+ years’ experience leading a team of mechanics through mechanical repair, plumbing, welding, and electrical repair to facilitate seamless production functionality to deliver daily production goals.
- Organized and methodical approach to problem solving – often in a time-sensitive, tight-deadline situation where accuracy is critical.
- Designated lifelong learner with a strong interest in mastering new mechanical technologies.
- People focused leader promoting team growth and development through excellent communication skills, ready to step in on the team and work hard to ensure the whole team succeeds.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is required.
