Our commitment to quality has made us a leader in the industry!Where you’ll work:Located in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley in our state-of-the industry manufacturing facility that adjoins our company headquarters. Our high-tech manufacturing operations include an on-site bakery to produce best-in-class products, robotic packaging equipment, and a 24-hour shipping and receiving facility.When you’ll work:We are currently hiring an experienced Maintenance Lead for our 2nd shift team. 2nd shift hours are 2pm-10:30pm.What you’ll do:
  • Lead our maintenance teams to support our production teams through maintaining and repairing all production lines, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment.
  • Coach, develop and inspire the team through day-to-day projects to install, repair, rebuild and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment used in production, packaging, and all other plant areas.
  • Be involved with all aspects of equipment from installation to rebuilding, fitting, and aligning equipment to meet quality and efficiency standards.
  • Demonstrate and share strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills on controls such as, PLC’s, VFD’s, servos, robotics, and programable devices.

  • Proven ability to operate safely by following all food and safety guidelines.
  • Utilizing knowledge from your 8+ years’ experience leading a team of mechanics through mechanical repair, plumbing, welding, and electrical repair to facilitate seamless production functionality to deliver daily production goals.
  • Organized and methodical approach to problem solving – often in a time-sensitive, tight-deadline situation where accuracy is critical.
  • Designated lifelong learner with a strong interest in mastering new mechanical technologies.
  • People focused leader promoting team growth and development through excellent communication skills, ready to step in on the team and work hard to ensure the whole team succeeds.
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is required.
