Your Role Candidate should have basic understanding of leave & License and Lease agreement for commercial Property Should have a Good Network of commercial property consultants in respective City. Scouting the property as per the desired location in particular city Commercial Negotiation with LL/Builders/developers leasing purpose Continuous followup with Landlord for completion of LL scope of work for timely delivery to project. Maintaining the relationship with Landlord at city level for smooth running of operation Coordination with the landlord for legal clauses negotiation of rent agreement. Should be good in MS Excel and PowerPoint Presentation.
