Scope of Work
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Create and maintain sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Monitor the entire sales process, from lead generation to project completion.
  • Ensure that sales team members follow best practices and company standards.
  • Coordinate with interior designers and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communicate client requirements and preferences to the design team.
Pre-requisites
  • Must have a diploma / degree in any discipline
  • Candidate must have 2 years of relevant sales experience in construction, interior design or architectural industry
  • Someone who goes into the market and meets Architects and Interior Designers.
  • Should be well-versed with the industry and architects
  • Ability to communicate in hindi, english and local language fluently
