- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project life cycle.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services as needed to support project objectives.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, conflicts, and delays to keep projects on track and within scope.
- Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and close-out meetings, to ensure clear communication and alignment among all stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit project documentation, reports, and change orders in accordance with company policies and client requirements.
- Cultivate positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote repeat business and referrals
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build rapport with clients and subcontractors.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP or other relevant certifications preferred.
