As a Commercial Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our commercial construction projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Key Responsibilities for a Commercial Construction Project Manager are:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project life cycle.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services as needed to support project objectives.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, conflicts, and delays to keep projects on track and within scope.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and close-out meetings, to ensure clear communication and alignment among all stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit project documentation, reports, and change orders in accordance with company policies and client requirements.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote repeat business and referrals

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build rapport with clients and subcontractors.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP or other relevant certifications preferred.
