Join our dedicated staff of more than 500 and make a difference in someone's life!We are recruiting a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with adults with developmental disabilities in a day program and residential setting in multiple counties, NJ. The BCBA is responsible for training staff on behavior-tracking methods and protocols and writing and training staff on behavior plans. The BCBA will supervise Behavior Specialists, Registered Behavior Technicians, and Program employees as assigned. Please apply online or fax your resume to 732-590-1798.Job Requirements:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master's degree in applied behavioral analysis, psychology, special education, social work, or public health counseling
- At least two years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- At least one year of experience supervising/training staff
- Understands the behavioral characteristics typically associated with individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnosis
- Completion of NJID Foundations of Positive Behavior Supports training or approved PBS-preferred.
- A valid driver's license is in good standing and must be insurable through NJID's automobile insurance.
