- Fundamental concepts, principles and practices of the construction industry.
- Reviewing standard real estate documentation including loan documents, various legal memorandums, draw requests, development budgets, construction industry documentation (AIA A101, G701, G702, G703, G704, and lien waivers), rent rolls, property financial statements, settlement statements, certificates of occupancy and building permits.
- Convey information clearly and effectively through both formal and informal documents.
- Ability to work with financial concepts and perform financial analysis including DSCR and IRR.
- Attend to detail while maintaining a big picture orientation.
- Interpret and apply policies and identify and recommend changes as appropriate.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a positive team environment.
- Research and compile data from multiple sources, review, and accurately input into various spreadsheets and database.
- Identify relationships, draw logical conclusions and interpret results for use in decision making.
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in business, finance, accounting or related field and a minimum of six (6) years of relevant real estate experience.
- Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
