My client is a global leader in aviation services, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Quality Engineer you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the quality of their products and services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and improve process efficiency.
  • Perform inspections, audits, and tests on aircraft components, systems, and processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection plans, procedures, and reports, to support traceability and compliance.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and customers to address quality-related concerns, facilitate inspections, and ensure effective communication and resolution of quality issues.
  • Participate in design and manufacturing reviews to provide quality input and ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
  • Utilize statistical analysis tools and techniques to monitor and analyze quality data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, such as AS9100 or ISO 9001, to ensure regulatory compliance and certification.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging quality control practices to enhance knowledge and contribute to process improvements.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer, aerospace or aviation industry is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of aerospace quality standards and regulations, such as AS9100, FAA, or EASA requirements.
  • Proficiency in using quality tools and methodologies, such as root cause analysis, statistical process control, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Experience conducting inspections, audits, and tests on aircraft components, systems, or structures.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to apply analytical thinking to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Knowledge of CFR Part 21 is a plus
