Staff are friendly and supportive within a welcoming, aspirational environment.We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic learning support assistant to join our successful school to work with KS2 children across a range of classes.Applications are welcome from candidates with experience of working with KS2 children. A qualification of an NVQ level 2 or above is desirable, but not essential.The successful candidate will be:
  • Proactive, well-organised and willing to work collaboratively with the class teacher and other colleagues
  • Able to engage and enthuse pupils, encouraging independence in their learning
  • Passionate about supporting all groups of children in order to enhance the quality of their learning and raise pupil achievement
  • Confident in using ICT
  • Warm and caring, developing positive relationships with all pupils
  • Flexible and willing to take on a range of roles and responsibilities
