Monday-Friday, 8 hour shift, start time ranges between 7am and 9:30 am.

Some of the tasks of this position include monitoring the status of shipments, arranging customs clearance, entering new shipments into dispatch software, setting up ACE & ACI manifests, assisting clients with various requests, assisting drivers with pick-up/delivery issues, replying to customer emails, etc. This is a communication intensive position in which you will never be bored!Qualifications
- Excellent English conversational skills required. French conversational a strong asset
- Minimum of 1 year experience working for a trucking or freight forwarding company
- Team spirit. Able to work well with others
- Good communicator
- Minimum high school graduate
- Knowledge of Truckmate software (asset, we will train)
- Great attitude & willingness to learn.Summary
