- Performing Business Analyst responsibilities working on large and complex digital commerce strategy, discovery, and implementation projects;
- Demonstrating digital commerce business and application domain knowledge to aid in critically evaluating the balance of business and technical needs;
- Being able to understand the technical analysis of existing or potential digital commerce systems and data integration required based on solution design and requirements;
- Defining and documenting use cases; manage user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders including development of UAT test plans, required comms, etc; review and sign off on UAT plans;
- Demonstrating deep understanding of business or technical stakeholder’s perspective and translating the requirements into the appropriate deliverables in an Agile/Scrum delivery model;
- Demonstrating an intermediate understanding of the SDLC activities expected to deliver custom developed and packaged applications and Agile Requirements Methods;
- Working collaboratively within a delivery team at all levels including stakeholder management, with considerate ability to take ownership of tasks and complete them with minimal direct supervision;
- Using straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others; and,
- Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
