You’ll work with both internal and external data sources, with a key goal of enhancing data quality and consistency across the region. Your efforts will make data more accessible to key stakeholders, empowering them with the information they need.This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with our EMEA research teams, aligning Belux data resources and market insights with related research deliverables in EMEA. You’ll be part of a larger network, learning from and contributing to our collective knowledge.Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, Business Development Services, EMEA, you’ll have the chance to work on priority projects and support excellent client engagement. Join us and start your journey in the dynamic world of real estate research!Key responsibilitiesData Coordination: You’ll work hand-in-hand with Belux stakeholders, coordinating a wealth of real estate data points. From rental values and capital values to supply, demand, and vacancy rates, you’ll have the opportunity to delve into the heart of the real estate market.Thought Leadership: Through data analysis and trend identification, you’ll contribute to the development of sector thought leadership and regular reporting. This includes quarterly MarketBeats and presentations for various sectors such as Belgium Office, Retail, Industrial & Logistics, and Luxembourg Office & Retail.Networking: Build a robust network of relationships with market stakeholders and industry bodies. This role offers you the chance to create speaking opportunities and support client engagement, including preparing presentations for key clients across Belux.Collaboration: Liaise with market-facing colleagues, collecting information from them while reciprocating with data and insight. Your work will support client engagement, prospecting, pitching, and proposal materials.Regional Coordination: Work closely with EMEA research teams to coordinate and collaborate on data. You’ll understand Cushman & Wakefield regional research outputs and coordinate at a local level, seeking opportunities to regionalize content.Brand Building: Contribute to building the firm’s profile as it relates to market research across Belux. Engage regularly with Marketing colleagues to ensure that all research content is being picked up and fully leveraged with appropriate audiences.Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as required, providing you with a diverse range of experiences and opportunities for growth.Key RequirementsProfessional Experience:Do you have 1-2 years’ experience in professional services or the real estate sector?Do you hold a Bachelor’s degree in Research, Economics, Geography or Real Estate?Have you delivered client/market-facing reports and presentations?Do you have experience in data curation, analysis, and insight?Are you proficient in English, with Dutch and French as preferred languages?If you answered ‘yes’ to most of these questions, then you’re already a strong candidate!Skills & Capabilities:Are you interested in real estate sectors and willing to learn and “dive deep” into key subject areas?Do you have strong data management skills, including attention to detail and timelines?Are you experienced in MS Office, Power BI, or other data analytics tools?Can you problem-solve effectively and work efficiently and independently in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment?Do you have the initiative to develop ideas into new projects or themes to explore in concert with regional research colleagues?If you’re nodding your head ‘yes’, then we’re excited to meet you!Who Are WeWe at Cushman & Wakefield, combine a renewed knowledge network with innovation, entrepreneurship and deep-rooted local market knowledge.
