You will have the opportunity to take charge of organizing workshops, ensuring smooth production, and optimizing team performance during shifts. Your role would involve maintaining high production quality by meeting effective requirements.About the job:Organize the production workshop process, ensuring smooth coordination and discipline during shiftsMonitor production schedules, manage orders, and assess personnel and material needs for workshops and shiftsMaintain product quality within the workshopLead organizing training sessions and providing effective supervision for employeesIdentify opportunities for improving workshop processesWorking hours in shifts: 5:30–14:30 and 14:00–23:00 (Monday - Friday)About you:Similar work experience would be an advantageProficient in computer skillsGood English language skillsSkills in organizing and controlling production effectivelyAbility in personnel management and maintain production standardsCompetence in stock control and planningLittelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
