- Be accountable on the design and quality development of solutions.
- Responsible for the validation, integration and deployment of solutions developed by Thales delivery Centers.
o Recording and tracking defects and verifying fixed defects,
o Performing regression and non-functional testing,
o Performing acceptances (internal and with customers)
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and solving incidents by executing in depth analysis of Thales solutions or escalating to the Level 3 team, only if needed.
- Remaining highly organized and meeting deadlines.
- Lead a team providing PKI operations support and Digital ID Thales applications support including investigation, analysis, development, testing and deployment.
- You will perform a specific PKI role assigned to you in a managerial context and execute day to day PKI operations as per documented operational check lists.
- Strong technical skills to optimize the architecture, code, data structure, bandwidth, memory, and CPU use of the servers.
- Responsible for adhering to the development process and security guidelines for each delivery.
- Responsible for producing the documentation related to quality guidelines and validating documents from the developers.
- Integration and support for Level 2 maintenance team for the deployment and stability of the delivery.
- Participate in product migration and deployment at customer sites.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and security threats in a distributed environment.
- Train customers and other Thales team members on the solution and technology whenever required.
- Proven experience as an application support Team leader, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise systems support demonstrating high level of responsibility supporting applications, infrastructure, information security and governance.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.
- Experience with Private Cloud computing across virtualized and containerized environments.
- Extensive understanding of Windows and RedHat Linux.• Demonstrable experience delivering a high level of customer service and leading a team within a large organization.
- Working knowledge on PKI concepts, Certificates Management (infrastructure & architecture).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a distributed environment. TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE• Java and .NET development experience using Microsoft's latest technology stack (.net core, MVC, C#, web forms, APIs, etc).
- Webservice/REST API, SoapUI, JavaScript Framework, HTML/CSS.
- Microservices on Kubernetes, Docker, and Containers on both local and cloud platforms.
- Identity Access Management (SAML, OpenID, Oauth 2.0, etc.,).
- Working knowledge on PKI, Certificates Management, RA, CA, OCSP, TSA, SVA, OpenSSL, keytool, etc.,
- Webservices, Middleware (JBoss, Wildfly, Tomcat, etc.,).• IIS, Apache Web Server, Active Directory, LDAP services.
- CI/CD (Mercurial, Git, Maven, Jenkins) will be an added advantage.• Working knowledge on Database (Oracle, MSSQL, MongoDB) will be an added advantage
- You must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Certifications in Microsoft and Red Hat technology will be an added advantage.
- You must be fluent in English. Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage
- A good understanding of IAM Solution and HSM.
- Supporting and troubleshooting applications on the Android and iOS platforms
- VMware infrastructure.
