Superintendent

• Oversee teams to ensure completion of construction projects on time, within budget, and of high quality.
• Schedule and coordinate construction activities in order to prioritize tasks.
• Monitor progress of projects to ensure timeline, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues that may arise in order to prevent delays in the project.
• Implement best practices and safety standards with the construction team.
• Communicate with the project team, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed and filed properly.

• Civil construction experience and equipment knowledge.
• 5+ years of experience in field management of multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Highly organized and possess strong administrative and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Must be able to travel to various job sites as needed.
