- Proactively identify and approach potential clients in the B2B sector to introduce our recruitment services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their hiring needs and challenges.
- Present our recruitment solutions effectively, highlighting the value proposition and benefits to potential clients.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth transition from client onboarding to candidate placement.
- Utilize a CRM system to track client interactions, manage pipelines, and follow up on leads (Salesforce or Dynamics 365 Sales experience preferred).
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored recruitment strategies and solutions for clients.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of success in acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions and overcome objections.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and the ability to understand client hiring needs and requirements.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to utilize them for client management and pipeline tracking.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth.
