Designation : Sales Trainer Location : Jasola District Center, Delhi Company Website : www.tlcgroup.com ; www.hotelmemberships.com Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Trainer. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to employees in a variety of areas, primarily on sales The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in sales training on papers and a passion for helping others grow and develop. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop and conduct product, process, and sales training using available channels like classroom / OJT / Online and E-Learning modules. 2. Assess training needs and design sales training programs to meet those needs. 3. Conduct soft skills training with a focus on English Grammar and spoken English. 4. Prepare monthly training calendars. 5. Work closely with the Ops teams to identify process gaps and run focused training sessions to up skill the teams. 6. Create a plan for regular certification and customized sales refresher training modules as required across teams and offices. 7. Ensure the highest quality of training delivery across levels and locations. 8. Ensures that training material and programs are updated, accurate, and effective. 9. Hands on knowledge of new training methodologies / techniques. 10. Work closely with the sales and help desk teams. Training, coaching, and hand holding employees with an objective of increasing overall team productivity. Required Skill Set: 1. 1- 2 years of experience in Sales training. 2. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 3. Smart, presentable, and extremely confident. 4. Strong analytical skills and ability to plan, develop and implement new training strategies. 5. Ability to engage and motivate learners. 6. Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. 7. Experience using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
