Specialised in requirements related to Facilities Management, Major and MinorConstructions projects, Consultancy Services, Information Technology Systems, and Airfield Products and Services.Handle medium to high-value strategic infrastructural development projects across HIA, based ON; Assurance of Supply, Quality, Service, Cost and Innovation, Category Management model and deliver fully compliant Category managed Procurement solutions that is currently being utilized industry wide and that meet all HIA Policy and Process.Negotiation with suppliers on costs, commercial and contractual terms, and INCOTERMS and ensure best value at all times for goods and services procured on behalf of the organisation.Ensure conformance at all times of the organisation to Procurement process and policies.Manage multiple procurement projects in tandem, prioritised according to company's financial and operational requirements.Support the selection of freight mode and supplier by making recommendation on the fastest and most economical way to transport.Always strive to achieve team objectives and consistently work towards "adding value" to the business in all work undertaken.Deliver a professionally managed Procurement service, consistently and fairly, in line with company policies and that encourages a climate of openness, trust, empowerment, integrity and reliabilityPerform other related duties, as assigned, ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
