2. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
3. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
4. Schedule and confirm interview appointments, including arranging logistics and providing necessary information to participants.
5. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open roles.
6. Assist with the coordination of recruitment events, such as job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and networking events.
7. Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including managing email correspondence, filing documents, and organising recruitment materials.
8. Contribute ideas and suggestions for enhancing the candidate experience and employer branding efforts.RequirementsQualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar software is a plus.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
