- Actively contribute to shaping the new business model, strategy, and development of Eramet Ideas alongside the selected management committee.
- Drive the adoption of an agile innovation process, ensuring high standards of performance and integration throughout the innovation cycle.
- Implement cutting-edge innovation practices and tools to facilitate collaboration and accelerate the development of innovative programs.
- Lead the business engagement process to identify strategic priorities stemming from current and future operational and business opportunities.
- Oversee the portfolio valuation and prioritization process, ensuring alignment with environmental, social, and financial value creation in line with our corporate strategy.
- Enhance engagement with internal stakeholders by effectively communicating portfolio progress and promoting greater innovation adoption.
- Cultivate innovation capabilities and foster collaboration principles to establish a foundation for a high-performing team.
- Design and execute innovation accelerator platforms on a global scale.
- A minimum of 15 years of demonstrated relevant experience, showcasing a successful track record in innovation portfolio management on a global scale and within cross-cultural environments.
- Master's degree related to business, commercial, mining, or engineering.
- Fluency in English; fluency in French is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive innovation strategy and deliver innovation projects in close collaboration with assets and mining operations teams.
- Strong business acumen in identifying innovation opportunities.
- Track record of experience in establishing innovation accelerator programs with technology startups on a global scale.
- Experience in the mining and resources industry, leading high-performance teams and driving cultural transformation.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, with a history of engaging with senior executives and business leaders.
- Comfortability working with complexity and ambiguity to drive risk and value-based decision-making.
- Extensive international network within the mining and innovation ecosystem.
- Fluency in English; fluency in French is preferred.
