Ø Manages a set of 5-6 Account managersØ Generating Revenue through Cross Sales Products and Retail assetsØ Operates as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to employees of corporates mappedØ Develops trust relationships with a portfolio of Key corporates assigned to him to ensure they do not turn to competitionØ Acquire new Corporate relationships and open Salary Accounts of their employeesØ Expected to expand the relationship with existing customers with engagement activities /cross sell solutionsØ Ensuring salary credits in all salary accounts sourced.Ø Meeting daily, monthly sales targets for salary accounts and cross sell productsØ Adhere to KYC guidelines and Bank process’ as laid down from time to timeØ Ensuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks as prescribed by the BankRequirementsØ Strong Business Acumen and Aggression for Corporate Sales with focus on Service.Ø Self-starter and energetic individualØ Sales focus in achieving defined targetsØ Good communication and problem-solving skillsØ Candidate should be confident & and a team playerØ Adhere to KYC, service quality and audit norms laid down as per Bank policyØ Graduate with 5-7 years of relevant experience (in Corporate/Institutional Sales preferred
