- Qualify prospects within assigned sales territory and build a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals.
- Create and implement a sales strategy that makes sure you meet personal sales goals, as well as those set-in place by the company.
- Quickly move prospects through the sales process by delivering outstanding consultation, sales, and customer experience.
- Update sales and client databases with current information.
- Be informed of the latest industry developments by attending National and International Trade Shows and training workshops.
- Negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.
- Driving product show trailer within territory to provide current and prospective customers with touch and feel presentations.
- Attend/Exhibit at partner and industry tradeshows
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team in bringing new merchandising and products to the market.
- Degree in agriculture marketing, business, economics, communications, and/or any equivalent education.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales.
- Strong work ethic with a desire to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a passion for sales and best practices.
- Outstanding multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
