- Acts as the primary contact for the employees and managers accessing the HR
- Handles tier one level inquiries regarding HR policy, benefits, payroll and assesses need for escalation to Director, HR.
- Supports the delivery of HR processes for the client
- Accountable for HR service delivery satisfaction to client.
- Acts as the HR administrative support for needs of management
- Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with our core values.
- Coordinates employee service events and responds to inquiries about service time
- Manages unemployment claims in a timely and efficient manner utilizing system resources and knowledge of business model - both clinical and non-clinical
- Manages all HR files/cabinets and online information
- Processes I-9 and license/certification verification as part of new hire orientation
- Audit and update HRIS system requests and application tracking system
- Manages employment verification process
- Manages Hiring process/orientation and ensuring all documentation is collected.
- Assist with special projects such as employee recognition and service events and other programs
- May support client group as HR partner under direct supervision of a HR Director
- Other HR Administrative and recruiting duties as assigned
- Min HS Diploma/equivalent
- Bachelors Degree; Human Resources or related field preferred
- HR office experience 2 or more years is a plus
- Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional business experience required; Medical Office experience is a plus!
- Minimum of 2 years in HR administrative assistant function or related capacity desired.
- Recruitment experience is a plus; prefer min 6 months - 1 year with experience onboarding
- Demonstrated focused customer service orientation, excellent listening & problem solving skills
- Positive, high energy approach to challenging, critical work in a very fast-paced, busy medical office setting; excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Competent experience with HR Office suite
- Min 1 year experience with HRIS systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function effectively in a high-paced and at times stressful work environment
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and record-keeping systems
- Desire to pursue a career in HR a plus
