Responsible for positive experience of guests while maintaining the quality standards of the outlet.Essential Functions:
Answer incoming telephone calls and general guest questions about resort.
Complete and record purchase requisitions to maintain documentation of purchases.
Serve and/or prepare selected food items in predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner.
Use suggestive selling techniques to increase check average.
Make sure all menus/collateral/counters are wiped down, free of spots or stains, and complete.
Make sure entry doors are clean, free of debris and inviting.
Clean all shelves and refrigerators and set up for next shift.
Practice sanitation and safety daily to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Assist in inventory control. Provide an accurate assessment of inventory levels on a quarterly basis.
Other:Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
