  • Develop and execute integrated B2C marketing campaigns xChannels including email, direct mail, digital, webinars and organic social.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign strategy and platform development to briefing and execution.
  • Create and update Thrive's marketing content and assets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and consistency across marketing touchpoints. Strong copywriting ability to execute on marketing content.
  • Maintain Thrive's marketing calendar, including key campaigns and product GTMs.
  • Build and maintain centralized marketing asset repository, including user testimonials, imagery and copy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless marketing program execution across the central marketing and marketing ops teams.
  • Set the bar and continue to push creative excellence for Thrive Marketing.
Who you are:
  • 5+ years of brand-side or agency-side experience
  • Brand, Product and/or Integrated Marketing experience
  • Creative eye, bonus if design background
  • Self-motivated with a strong bias to action
  • Extremely proactive, and adaptable to a fluid environment
