- Develop and execute integrated B2C marketing campaigns xChannels including email, direct mail, digital, webinars and organic social.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign strategy and platform development to briefing and execution.
- Create and update Thrive's marketing content and assets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and consistency across marketing touchpoints. Strong copywriting ability to execute on marketing content.
- Maintain Thrive's marketing calendar, including key campaigns and product GTMs.
- Build and maintain centralized marketing asset repository, including user testimonials, imagery and copy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless marketing program execution across the central marketing and marketing ops teams.
- Set the bar and continue to push creative excellence for Thrive Marketing.
- 5+ years of brand-side or agency-side experience
- Brand, Product and/or Integrated Marketing experience
- Creative eye, bonus if design background
- Self-motivated with a strong bias to action
- Extremely proactive, and adaptable to a fluid environment
