Job SummaryWe’re looking for a hardworking maintenance technician to join our team! We are a large multi housing property located in Sacramento. You don't have to be a master of all trades, but knowing a little about a lot, or having a certain trade that you excel in, is what we are looking for. Duties might consist of installing a GFI, snaking a plumbing line, patching a roof, or even just digging a trench. Your day would be dictated by the types of work orders we receive. Construction knowledge is also helpful as we have many projects to do.You would be working with a team of 6 other maintenance and construction personnel. We supply the tools and a golf cart to complete your work.
