- Validate requisition processes, ensuring strict adherence to existing policies and guidelines.
- Create CapEx purchase orders (POs) and collaborate with suppliers to expedite delivery timelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance team to align funding models, including cash, leasing, and other options.
- Provide well-researched recommendations for business allocations to Procurement managers.
- Prepare and oversee the execution of Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), and/or Requests for Quotation (RFQ).
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies in invoices, facilitating smooth financial processes.
- Investigate and address aging purchase orders and unreceipted receipts as required.
- Assist the Procurement Manager in managing and prioritizing incoming purchase requirements and PO-related needs.
- Generate purchasing reports as necessary, including reports on key departmental metrics (KPIs).
- Maintain meticulous documentation traceability and archival of essential documents such as tenders, quotations, contracts, SDSs, IFUs, etc.
- Collaborate with vendors to address issues related to quotes, invoices, purchase orders, delays, and payment terms.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster effective collaboration with various stakeholders.

- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient analytical skills coupled with a quick learning aptitude.
- Demonstrated autonomy, dynamism, and creativity, along with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, to manage data effectively.
- Previous experience in a procurement role or related responsibilities will be considered a plus.
