Making outbound calls to potential venues (both restaurant and retail) and following up on leads.
Conducting negotiations regarding partnership terms and understanding which kind of merchant portfolio we are building here at Wolt.
Being the main point of contact (inbound and outbound) for restaurants that have shown interest towards Wolt.
Helping clients to complete their applications to Wolt.
Reviewing and documenting contracts.
Systematically managing the pipeline of new potential partnerships.
Assisting the Merchant (especially sales) team with other ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications

Demonstrable experience from a customer service focused role.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience.
Good Excel and analytical skills.
Driver's licence.
Fluent in Hungarian and at least intermediate in English.
Experience from within the restaurant / retail industry is a plus.
