In your new role you will:
- Responsible for the Wuxi site automation project, including AGV, AOI, autoloader & unloader, etc., to achieve high efficiency of the production line.
- Investigate opportunities and potentials within operations and drive the agreed initiatives towards an better setup with application of LEAN concept.
- Responsible for the customer's voice communication, including but not limited to the internal & external customer's requirement.
- Manage the progress of the project and key milestones.
- Responsible for capital application with attractive ROI. Responsiblefor project cost management, risk control, etc.
- Responsible for supplier selection.
- Responsible for managing the progress of automation projects and problem solving.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Hold bachelor degree or above.
- Hold a degree within Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain in combination with a previous role as PM. In additional you are certified in PMI (Project Management Institute) or same level certification. Change management experience is seen as a strong merit.
- Have rich experience from Global Project Management working across countries and cultures as your main customers will be from Asia and Europe, semiconductor or manufacturing is preferred.
- Have more than 3x automation projects implementation experience as PM.
- Familiar with I40 layers, including ERP, MES, WMS…etc.
- Solid interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
- Target oriented, strong problem solving skills, team player, sense of ownership.
