Role/ Job Title: Branch Operations Manager - MBL Function/ Department: Micro Business Loans Job Purpose: Branch operations manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of the branch including disbursement and customer relationship. Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for managing micro business loan disbursement. To maintain TAT and quality of the files at the time disbursement. Checking and disbursement of MBL cases on system based on the company policy and parameters. To co-ordinate with all stake holders like Sales, Credit, FCU on a regular basis for process and policy changes and daily work. Education Qualification: Graduation: Any Graduation Post Graduation: Any Postgraduation Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
