Essential DutiesCambridge's Phoenix, Arizona office is located in the heart of Midtown at 2700 N Central Ave overlooking the magnificent Camelback Mountain. Standard business hours of 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.In this role, your time will be split between the following tasks.
- Providing customer service to Financial Professionals via phone calls or emails.
- Processing new account paperwork submitted by Financial Professionals.
- Researching and collaborating to complete service tickets opened by Financial Professionals.
Education & ExperienceSix months to one-year related experience, education and/or training.Compensation: $40,000-$45,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
