About the CustomerCompany is a strategic unit of Tata Consultancy Services focused on Manufacturing Industries (SMB), Educational Institutions and Examination Boards.About the RoleDesignation : Content ManagerKey Responsibilities:● Content Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive contentstrategies aligned with our brand objectives and target audience. Collaborate with keystakeholders to define content goals, identify target personas, and determine contentthemes and topics.● Content Creation and Publication: Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing ofhigh-quality content across various platforms,● Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of content creators, including writers,editors, and designers. Provide guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the teamproduces top-notch content that meets our standards and objectives.● Lead process Improvements and innovations● Content Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze theperformance of content initiatives.● Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, includingmarketing, design, product,, to ensure content initiatives are aligned with overallbusiness goals and integrated into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.● Forecast and manage risks● Handling Project Team and coordinating with Subject Matter Experts.Work Location:MumbaiWork Experience:8-12 Years of experienceBackground and RequirementsJob RequirementsQualifications:● Minimum qualification Graduation● Proven experience in content management, creation, and strategy development,preferably in a similar role.● Proven experience in Stakeholder Management and Project Management● Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong commandof grammar and style.● Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines,and manage multiple projects simultaneously.● Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for storytelling andcreating compelling content.Additional Skills (Preferred):Understanding of content marketing trends and industry developments.
