- Provides complex administrative and secretarial duties in a courteous and respectful manner for the Child and Adolescent Services (CAF) professional staff.
- Assists all patients and visitors from the front lobby to the appropriate waiting area.
- Opens new patients as required into CIS system ensuring that insurance and demographics are accurate.
- Assists with paperwork as neccessary.
