Role Responsibilities Job Summary This role is the GFS lead across all CPBB finance's related activities, including Performance Management, Cost Management, Corporate plan and delivery support of all the digitization efforts. The role will partner with CPBB Finance LT to form and execute the CPBB change journey. In addition to oversight across the breadth of day-to-day delivery, the broad areas covered within this role include Deliver and govern CPBB business performance reporting and analytics requirements across the product, segments, markets and global CPBB spectrum Have a detailed understanding of the CPBB business performance dynamics and the ability to drive insights and decision support to CFOs and the business Collaborate with CPBB Finance LT to create standardised Performance Reporting through digital assets. Enable alignment, standardisation & synergies across CPBB Finance in the GFS hub & in Countries Be the GPO to set and deliver the strategy and prioritisation of global processes and outcomes for CPBB covering performance management, planning and analytics Build target state P2P organisation for CPBB in line with Agile Operating Model Responsibilities Operating Model Strategy Work with CPBB Finance LT to drive centralisation of relevant FP&A processes within P2P Collaborate with CPBB Finance Leadership to drive end to end centralisation of processes within P2P Ongoing re-calibration of operating model to balance efficient standard process delivery along with content driven analytics and decision support Partner with the CPBB Finance Leadership team and GPO Plan to Perform to deliver a robust strategy to invest and grow talent/people across P2P to enable delivery of operating model requirements Business and Processes (Global Process Ownership) Governance And Oversight Of FP&A Delivery Accountable for delivery of all performance reporting and analytics outcomes across products, segments, cost management, central performance management, region, and country requirements Support the delivery of a robust and accurate flash and forecasting process Support the execution of Group strategic priorities Own the delivery of the Corporate Plan and Budget Restatement Processes for CPBB working in close collaboration with the CPBB Finance LT, the business and group FP&A Produce quality MIS and business analytics to support business growth Lead the CPBB Change Journey Lead the change agenda for CPBB Finance working closely with CPBB Finance leadership and develop an execution roadmap along with the change journey owner Deliver strategic vision for CPBB reporting & analytics, including integration with F reporting Partner with Finance Data Strategy to define/set data standards, ownership, and lineage across critical data attributes Partner with CPBB Finance LT to assess and manage impact from other group initiatives e.g., moving to pure financial based reporting, FX Neutral Reporting, & Cost Optimisation program Partner with CPBB Finance, Technology, ASPIRE stakeholders in delivery of the strategic solution and tool sets with minimal disruption to service delivery Defining and Executing Global Process across CPBB Define and Execute Global Process for CPBB Finance - across central, regional & country finance. This will include establishment of standards & normalisation process deviations Deliver an ongoing digital reporting agenda to help automate manual reporting, create efficiency and drive a culture of self-service access through effective design and development of digital assets Create Centres of Excellence (CoE's) across CPBB Finance leveraging automated reporting solutions, standard processes to drive scalable service delivery Deliver CPBB Finance Organisation Structure Collaborate with CPBB Finance Leadership team to develop and execute the CPBB organisation design covering onshore and offshore locations. Engage CFO's and finance leadership in landing their Operating Model into P2P and within countries Develop an effective organisation structure which finds the right balance between process standardisation and specialist business / functions advisory capability Deliver organisational synergy through CoE's enabling bandwidth to create SME's to support change delivery and other value added outcomes Continuously invest in talent that will drive content and commercial context into decision support activities People & Talent To lead, inspire and motivate the P2P CPBB teams ensuring that everyone achieves their potential and that the team delivers its collective agenda Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners. Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of people and ensure that holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles ensuring that they have effective supervision in place to mitigate any risks. Employ, engage and retain high quality people, with succession planning for critical roles. Responsibility to review team structure/capacity plans. Set and monitor job descriptions and objectives for direct reports and provide feedback and rewards in line with their performance against those responsibilities and objectives. Risk Management Responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling and mitigating risks to the Group relevant to CPBB Finance process. Governance Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role Responsible for delivering 'effective governance' in P2P CPBB Finance; capability to challenge fellow executives effectively Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct. Have a sound knowledge on the right-shoring model (preferably with a financial services background). Should have strong experience in implementation of strategic changes to performance management processes, systems and data Should have delivered or been part of the core team to deliver a client performance solution or underlying calculation engines/tool sets. Should have strong knowledge and understanding of data management, data quality and its linkage in driving business performance management. Experience of working in a global organisation in a matrix environment.
