As our new Associate VSPE Director, you will have the opportunity to put your footprint on how we launch a key asset and be a key contributor to our company's growth.Apply today and don't miss out on this life-changing career opportunity!The positionThe Associate VSPE Director is a role allocated within the Market Access team for Cardiovascular & Emerging Therapy Areas (CETA), where you will be responsible for driving and executing on the reimbursement strategy and launch planning for a key asset within the liver pipeline. As such, you will lead activities to understand the future payer environment and set a strong direction for the Global Project Team for gaining access as we start the launch roll-out. In addition, you drive the development of innovative and appropriate tools and techniques/training to effectively define and communicate the value of our product to payers.You will be informal lead of a matrix access team and you will collaborate with other Global functions across the value chain. Further, you will engage proactively with the broader market access network of stakeholders in Operations to deliver best-in-class Global Access strategies, Global Payer Value stories and to provide Global support during the peri-launch and lifecycle management process.Your key responsibilities will be to:
  • Act as the Market Access point of contact for the asset and overall responsible for the timely progression and follow-up on cross-functional access projects.
  • Represent the CETA market access team in Global Project Teams and governance.
  • Lead development of payer value communication materials and tools and support LCM activities.
  • Drive relevant external payer engagement activities to inform and drive our approaches.
  • Identify payer environment trends and their implications for access strategies towards the future pipeline.
The position will be based out of Copenhagen, Denmark.Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • You have comprehensive market access experience (+5 years), both from strategic and operational market access roles.
  • Experience within pharmaceutical industry and/or a consultancy company for a pharmaceutical client, will be a requirement.
  • You show a high degree of business and industry insight, and you have solid experience with setting the direction and the strategy for your area.
  • To have experience from Headquarters and/or global teams, will be a clear advantage.

As such, the team provides strategic input to the value and launch strategy and payer requirements for our pipeline products across the franchise.
