We are looking for a right-brained Architect to assist the chief architect and perform all phases of architectural work, including planning, designing, rendering, and visualization. You will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations, and conservations of all types of building Projects. The goal is to match client's needs and requirements to produce sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs. RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with senior architects and designers to understand project requirements and objectives. Assist in creating detailed 3D models, textures, lighting, and renderings of architectural designs using industry-standard software. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide input on design concepts and ideas. Participate in the development of architectural CAD drawings and construction documents. Support the review and refinement of design concepts to ensure they meet quality standards and design intent. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in architectural design and visualization to continuously improve skills and techniques. Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment. Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) A portfolio of high-quality Creative Architectural Design works and well knowledge in architectural software especially AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch up -Vray, Lumion, etc. EXPERIENCE: Minimum one year of Architectural Experience. REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Proven working Training experience as an Architect Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills Leadership skills as well as the ability to work well within a team of other professionals Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards Excellent project management skills & communication skills, both written and oral Organizational, project management, and planning skills, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks Excellent design and drawing skills and familiarity with design software Well in Design software: Auto CAAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch up -Vray, Lumion, etc. Basic Knowledge of 3ds Max, Revit architecture. Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions Visual awareness and an eye for detail as well as the ability to see the bigger picture of a project Willingness to work long hours, under time and budget pressure Creative, with a high degree of Flexibility.
