You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding successful hires. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including panel interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluations. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires. Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates. Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating the completion of required paperwork. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and hiring metrics. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department and participate in special projects as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition roles, preferably in a similar industry. Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software applications. Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and selection. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
