Alongside core functions like recruiting, rewards, perks, and education, they harness technology and data analytics to foster company expansion and guarantee a secure and regulation-compliant workspace. Leadership, strategic mindset, and inventive methodologies are imperative.Major ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and Implementation of Human Resources Strategy: Develop and implement efficient human resources strategies aligned with the organization's vision and objectives, covering all stages of the employee journey, from recruitment to retirement planning, to enhance recruitment, growth, staff retention, compensation, and retirement planning.Integration of Technology: Utilize HR technology and digital platforms to analyze employee information, evaluate performance and requirements, and optimize human resources management procedures by leveraging AI and machine learning for enhanced efficiency.Improvement of Employee Experience: Introduce measures to elevate employee satisfaction and involvement, including flexible work setups, career advancement schemes, and enhanced welfare benefits, nurturing an atmosphere conducive to employee development.Leadership and Team Oversight: Work closely with the HR team and cross-functional departments, showcasing leadership in advancing human resources strategies.
