As a Infertility Medical Biller/Front Desk at ATC Phoenix, you will play a vital role in the healthcare industry by accurately and efficiently handling medical billing and front desk duties. This full-time, hourly position located in Phoenix-Glendale, Arizona requires excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor, able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team. Experience in Infertility is a must!!Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $26 per hour, paid weekly. This position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm in clinic!! In addition, full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings.Responsibilities:*Generate accurate and timely medical billing for patient services, including verifying insurance coverage, submitting claims, and following up on outstanding balances.*Demographic verification and data entry.*Prior authorizations and insurance verification /benefits.*Patient phone calls/Follow up.*Payment collections.*Follow up on A/R.*Cross-train on covering front office reception.*Patient scheduling.*Posting charges/payments.*Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of all medical information.*Greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out processes, including collecting copayments and scheduling future appointments.*Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.*Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to resolve any billing or insurance issues.*Keep current on industry changes and regulations related to medical billing and coding Requirements:- Infertility Medical BIlling experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or certification in medical billing preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical billing and coding in a healthcare setting. -Bilingual in Spanish
- Proficient in medical billing software and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. -Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding compliance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
