- Fabrication of wafers to test different microfabrication processes, recipes, materials, and layouts;
- Characterisation of devices through specific metrology processes;
- Produce several technical and scientific documentation and work planning;
- Support the MNF team on process-related activities;
- Collaborate with international multidisciplinary teams.
- MSc degree in Physics, Physical Engineering, Materials Science, Electronics, or related areas.
- Previous hands-on experience in cleanroom processing is required;
- Previous hands-on experience in the operation of physical and chemical vapour deposition, dry etching techniques, wet etch techniques and lithography pattern transfer.
- PhD degree in Physics, Physical Engineering, Materials Science, Electronics, or related areas.
- Experience in metrology tools and systems is valued;
- Diversity of microfabrication processes that the candidate is able to integrate will be highly valued.
