This role will understand the needs of the target market and create the product roadmap to deliver digital and offline solutions that help people find high-quality long-term care. You’ll manage the entire product lifecycle for the find-care experience.What you will be doing
  • Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
  • Translate business strategy into product strategy.
  • Own the product roadmap.
  • Create detailed requirements for design and development by engineering teams.
  • Plan and carry out product launches, including documentation and training.
  • Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market.
  • Understand, research, and follow trends in the industry and in general.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify objectives and key results for projects, execute on and report against them.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • • Be the go-to person for solution, process, and product expertise to team members throughout the entire project. ​
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. Advanced degree or training/certificates desired.
  • 6+ years’ experience in product management for a direct-to-consumer business, with preference to candidates with experience leading the development and growth of an online marketplace.
  • Understands SEO, user experience optimization, customer acquisition strategies, provider data, and related online marketplace concepts.
  • Familiarity with LTC insurance products or long-term care background.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, sales, or marketing.
  • Expertise understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. ​

This position is available to remote applicants residing in the United States. The base salary pay range for this role starts at a minimum rate of $114,600. up to the maximum of $237,400. An employee’s pay position within the base salary pay range will be based on several factors at the time of this job posting including but not limited to geographic location, experience, and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible to participate in an incentive plan. The incentive plan is based on performance and the target earning opportunity is 20% of your base compensation.
The final determination on base pay for this position will be based on multiple factors to ensure pay equity within the organization.
